Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Refunds

We may consider refunds for digital products in the following circumstances:

  • The product is materially different from its description on our platform
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing or using the product, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe
  • The product contains significant bugs or errors that substantially impair its functionality

Refund Request Process

To request a refund for a digital product:

  1. Contact our support team at support@vuao.com within 14 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  4. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days

Subscription Services

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew automatically for the next billing period
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period

Refunds for Subscriptions

For subscription services, we offer the following refund options:

  • 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal.
  • Billing Errors: If you believe you've been incorrectly billed, please contact our support team with details of the error within 30 days of the charge.
  • Service Unavailability: If our subscription service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected time period.

Exclusions

Certain situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the specified refund period has expired
  • Products that have been substantially downloaded, accessed, or used (for digital products)
  • Issues arising from incompatibility with your systems or devices when compatibility requirements were clearly stated
  • Purchase of non-refundable items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase)
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the product/service

Seller-Specific Policies

Please note that individual sellers on the VUAO marketplace may have their own refund policies that differ from VUAO's general policy. These seller-specific policies will be clearly displayed on the product listing page before purchase.

For purchases from third-party sellers, please refer to the seller's refund policy. If you cannot resolve an issue with a seller, VUAO's buyer protection program may help mediate the dispute.

Payment Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Any taxes and fees included in the original purchase will be refunded
